right, in our sole discretion, to request other necessary
documents to verify the information you provide.
3.3. If you log in as a user of our Platform using your
social network account (“Social Network Account”), link your
account to your social network account or use any NORDSTROM
social network features, we have the right to access

frivolous or actual, or any other claim that any content

6.3 As the purposes for which we will/may collect, use,
disclose or process your personal data depend on the

Privacy Protection Act provides or is permitted by law for

7. How NORDSTROM protects and stores customer information

8.6 In accordance with NORDSTROM's Terms of Service,

users' personal data through the use of the service ("Data

buyer's personal data to any unauthorized third party
without the prior written consent of the buyer and NORDSTROM; (iv) )
must take appropriate security measures to protect the
personal data held by each NORDSTROM user, retain that data only as
long as it remains necessary for the above-mentioned
purposes, and in accordance with the provisions of personal data
protection legislation, and delete or respond to NORDSTROM
request or return this data to NORDSTROM as soon as possible after
the transaction is completed; (v) notify NORDSTROM’s
personal data protection authority to retain such data only as long
as it remains necessary for the above-mentioned purposes
and in accordance with the provisions of personal data

9. Information about children
9.1 The Services are not intended for use by children

from anyone under the age of 13, nor do we collect or retain
any part of our platform or other services for children
under the age of 13. Parents or guardians of children under
the age of 13, please supervise and ensure that personal
information of children under the age of 13 in their care is
not released to NORDSTROM. If a custodial parent provides
NORDSTROM with personal information of a child under the age of 13,
the parent or guardian agrees to the processing of the

10. Information Collected by Third Parties
10.1 Our Platform uses Google Analytics, a web analytics
service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics

(including your IP address) will be sent to Google and stored
on servers in the United States. Google will use this
information to evaluate your use of our platform, to compile

parties process information on Google's behalf. Google
will not associate your IP address with any other data held by
Google
10.2 We and third parties may from time to time provide
you with downloads of software applications for use on the
Platform or through the Services. These applications may
privately access and allow third parties to view your
identifying information, such as your name, user ID, IP
address of your device, or other information such as the games
you play during any particular session, and any previous
information you may have Cookies that have been set or have
been set for you by software applications or third-party
websites. Additionally, these applications may require you to
provide additional information directly to third parties.
The third-party products or services offered through these
applications are not owned or controlled by NORDSTROM.
11. SECURITY OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLAIMER OF THIRD-PARTY
WEBSITES
11.1 We do not guarantee the security of personal data
and/or other information you provide on third party websites.
We implement various security measures to maintain the
security of your personal data that we hold or control. Your
personal data is stored behind a secure network and can
only be accessed by a limited number of individuals who have
special access rights to our systems and who are required
to keep the data secure, regardless of that individual. We
recommend the use of secure servers when you place an
order or access your personal data. All personal data or
personal information you provide will be encrypted in our
database and only accessible as described above.
11.2 In order to provide you with added value, we may
select various third-party websites or applications or services
to link to and frame within the Platform. We may also
establish co-marketing and other relationships to provide e-
commerce and other services and features to our visitors.
These linked sites have separate privacy policies and
security measures. Even if such third parties are
affiliated with us, we do not control these linked
websites/apps/services, and each website/app/service has
its own privacy protections and data collection practices. A

12. Does NORDSTROM transfer your information externally?
12.1 Your personal information and/or data may be
transferred abroad, stored or processed outside your country for one
or more purposes. In most cases, your personal data will
be processed by us in Vietnam where our servers are located.
NORDSTROM will only transfer your personal data abroad in
accordance with personal data protection laws.
13. How do you withdraw, delete, request access or adjust
the information you provide to us?
13.1 Withdrawal of consent
13.1.1 You may withdraw your consent to the collection,
use and/or disclosure and/or request deletion of your personal

your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the
Personal Information Confidentiality Law, if the law
requires and/or allows organisations to refuse the correction of
the personal data in such circumstances.
